⇨ Banners - installed racing flag banners on lamp posts throughout the property (Note: These must be reinstalled as the General Contractor (Benjamin Construction) failed to follow directed specifications -- refer to Pending Improvements section of this website for renderings; however, the bottom of each installed banner will be weighted instead of being attached to each lamp post -- this way, strong winds will not rip the banners.
