Institute Storefront Aesthetic Standards - self-explanatory

Details on the first three are reflected below:

Road Signs

As designed, the road signs are eye-catching and reflect the property's re-branding.  They are 12' x 6' (w x h) and will stand 16 feet tall, and each will be supported on two sturdy brick columns.  There will be three such signs, as depicted in the site plan map shown above.

Racing Flag Banners

Racing flag banners matching those included in the property's logo will be placed on each lamp post of the The Pit Stop of Durham.  This will be a re-installation as the original contractor did not install them as directed.

NC Highway 55 Median Removal

The removal of the dangerous and superfluous concrete median which blocks entering and exiting The Pit Stop of Durham by Southbound traffic on NC Highway 55 will be sought.  The original presentation made to the NC Dept. of Traffic is accessible below.  Although not included in the original presentation, it is aptly set to the song "Drive" by The Cars.
